UNATION is a US-based event discovery platform helping users find and create local events. I led the creation of the Unity Design System, redesigned the event creation flow, shipped PWA versions of their apps, and launched a new discovery feature called βExperiences.β The result was 18% increase in engagement, 47% faster event publishing, and 110 experiences sold within weeks of launch.
